The Tube-in-Tube microreactor has the advantages of FT microchannel reactors merged with the feature of jet-flow mixing , as well as the inherent characteristics of high throughput low cost simple structure and easy maintenance; it is a promising alternative of the traditional plate microreactor for the pilot and the industrial production, significantly reducing the equipment cost of chemical enterprises.The inherent high throughput Tube-in-Tube microreactor FTC series are suitable for the pilot reaction and can be used in industrial tests through connecting directly the side lines. Additionally, the small-scale laboratory experiments can be performed using microchannel reactor FT series, then the scale-up from the laboratory small-scale experiments to the industrial production process can be accomplished using the accessary scale-up procedures associated with FT and FTC series.
