    Description

    Macromolecular material is a kind of material based on macromolecule compound, which is composed of compounds with high molecular weight. Prior to processing, the material needs to be synthesized before it can be processed thermally, where initiators are required. During the forming process, the object will be affected by temperature, pressure and so on, which will lead to the change of the shape and properties of the polymer.

    Work Flow

    1. Heat the material through the conduction oil in the tank jacket, and the process temperature is 160 ~ 300℃.

    2. Use mixing equipment to fully stir the materials to achieve synthesis.

    3. Adjust the pressure in the tank, continuously and fully stir the materials under the condition of meeting the pressure required by the process.

    Problem

    1. It is difficult to ensure the sealing under high temperature and high vacuum degree. Conventional sealing components cannot adapt to high temperature.

    2. Under the technological requirements of high material viscosity and uniform heat transfer, there are few suitable stirring blades, lacking case demonstration.

    3. During the whole preparation process, a certain pressure range (-0.099 ~ 0.3MPa) should be reached under high temperature conditions, which cannot be satisfied by standard mechanical seal.

    Solution

    1. According to the requirements of high temperature and high pressure, we provide customized mechanical seal, and meet the requirements of high temperature and vacuum degree in the tank through special structure sealing.

    2. Increase motor forced heat dissipation to ensure the stable operation of the motor.

    3. Use special functional agitator to solve the heat transfer problem of high viscosity in the reaction process, and avoid the impact of side reactions.
