Introduction to graphene and its preparation -FLUKO
Graphene is a two-dimensional crystal consisting of carbon atoms with only one layer of atomic thickness. With thin thickness, strong toughness, high tensile strength, good elasticity, pulled up so it can be divided into single and double layer graphene and few layer graphene or graphene and multilayer thick layer, has excellent mechanical properties and structural rigidity, good conductivity and transparency. Because of its extraordinary electrical conductivity, it is several times stronger than steel and excellent light transmittance. In graphene, electrons can migrate very efficiently, in which the speed of motion reaches 1/300 of the speed of light, and the energy of the electrons is not wasted and the energy consumption is less.
Graphene nano material is known to the world's thinnest, hardest, only 2.3% of the light absorption; high thermal conductivity of 5300W/m - K, and the ratio of carbon nanotubes or silicon crystals with high resistivity, while only about 10-6. Cm, as the world's smallest resistivity material.
The incorporation of one percent of graphene in the plastic will allow the plastic to have good electrical conductivity; adding 1/1000 of graphene will improve the thermal resistance of the plastic by 30 degrees celsius. On this basis, a new material with thin, light, good tensile and super tough properties can be developed, which can be used to make cars, aircraft and satellites.
The preparation methods of graphene include mechanical stripping, oxidation reduction, SiC epitaxial growth and chemical vapor deposition. In the Chinese market, FLUKO has provided graphene production systems for China's enterprises based on the "mechanical stripping" method. FLUKO has carried on the thorough research and the application from several years ago, has the rich experiment and the production experience in the preparation of colloid battery, carbon nanotube, graphene and other new energy materials.
The preparation system of FLUKO is different from the traditional dispersion device. It has a specially designed dispersion system, which uses high frequency mechanical energy and hole effect to complete the separation of graphite without damaging the graphene.
