In order to comply with the continuous upgrading of the ISO9001 quality management system, FLUKO's quality management system documents have been revised several times. At the beginning of 2020, FLUKO put forward the business strategy of "focusing on innovation as the core, focusing on four key tasks, and achieving four further improvements", and focused on "optimizing processes" as an annual key task. FLUKO took the upgrade of the ISO9001 quality management system as a starting point, and invited Yayou Enterprise Management for guidance. During the six months of full participation, everyone took it seriously, took the initiative to learn, and improved while learning. From receiving customer information to contract review, from customer working condition simulation to process optimization, from solution optimization to equipment development, from product development to product realization, from pre-sales consultation to after-sales service, all links and all processes, we follow ISO9001 -The requirements of the 2015 version of the standard have been reorganized and a new version of the system document has been formed.

In order to enable all employees to strengthen their understanding of ISO9001-2015 standards and the new version of the system documents, we invited the experienced teacher from Yayou Company to conduct training for everyone, and achieved good learning results.
