PD-VT
Description:Rapidly disperses insoluble powders into liquids whilst minimizing air infiltration. The specially designed stator/rotor structure subjects the powder to a strong high shear effect, hydrating in advance to eliminate the risk of a fisheye side effect or excessive shear on shear sensitive products. Circulation can also be produced if desired.
Principle:The high speed rotor generates a vacuum that quickly sucks powder into the working chamber, to be evenly distributed into the fast liquid stream. Since the powder is instantly and completely absorbed into the liquid at the outset, the mixture remains free of lumps with no skinning to the shaft or interior wall of the container. The PLM system dramatically enhances product quality without need for the auxiliary environmental protection devices necessary for traditional processes.

Remarks
- The maximum working capacities in above table are based on a water medium.
- The powder suction rate depends on the powder characteristics (such as particle size, swell ability and liquidity, etc.). Please provide samples if uncertain or carry out experiments into appropriate model selection;
- For special working conditions, please provide detailed data to FLUKO engineers to design a custom solutions.
- FLUKO reserves the right to change specifications without announcement.
