Simultaneous mixing of millisecond, high viscosity and high solid content systems

In March 1, 2017, FLUKO company was invited to participate in the eighteenth China international agricultural chemicals and plant protection exhibition, and participated in the chemical equipment industry chain sharing conference. At the meeting,  Mr. Zhou Litao, the company's sales director, shared with hundreds of experts and senior users the research results of FLUKO  fine mixing technology and its market prospects.

After more than 6 years of theoretical calculations, experimental tests, and repeated improvements, after several improvements to the equipment, FLUKO team finally acquired the results of a fine mixing of milliseconds. We got a high shear mixer power consumption prediction, and applies to both Newton and non Newton fluid power amplification laminar number, has also been a high shear mixer geometry characteristics of micro mixing characteristics and different pipeline type high shear device. The scientific optimization of high shear equipment for a team of FLUKO scientists, effectively solve the problem of uneven mixing at the entrance, so that the material can quickly enter into the shear gap, completing fine mixed in milliseconds.
